Flare by Hover-1 is a foldable electric scooter designed for kids but comes with grown-up features that promise a safe and fun ride. The speed indicator, charge indicator, and an easy-to-use thumb and brake throttle insures that the rider is in full control. The Flare is powered by a 100W electric motor that provides a maximum speed up to 8 mph.* The rechargeable Lithium-ion battery is capable of up to 3 mile* rides in-between charges. The easy to fold design and lightweight frame make it easy for kids to carry and store. There’s even LED lighting on the stem and deck for nighttime fun. Hover -1 got the name right.
