Shipping policy

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. These estimates exclude weekends and holidays. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

At this time, we cannot ship products outside of the contiguous USA or to P.O. Boxes.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven't received your order after 14 days of receiving your tracking information, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at support@hover-1.com. Include your order number and a photo of the item's condition for review. We address these on a case-by-case basis but try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
