How to receive your replacement:  For fastest response, please submit a replacement request here.  Select "Hover-1 Helix Recall" in the "What can we help you with?" dropdown field.  Be sure to include a photo of the serial number using the “attach a file” option.  You will receive an email with instructions to disassemble and return, or dispose of your unit, certify that you have done so and receive the replacement.  Please be sure to enter your full and complete mailing address, including apartment, suite, floor, or lot. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. A street address is required.  

Consumers may also call 1-800-941-9070 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET Monday through Friday.  The same documentation will be required, regardless of contact method. 

The Subject Products have the following purchase order codes: 15914, 19203, and 19988.The purchase order code is the fifth of six codes that comprise the serial number. No other Hover-1 products or serial Helix models that fall outside this serial number range are affected.
